I still think about this a lot.
Saw that it's World Plumbing Day. This one from two weeks ago when Hannah Spencer won Gorton and Denton for @greenparty.org.uk. Reform responded to defeat with its usual grace.

One of my favourite literary put-downs is from Douglas Adams's The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. Zaphod Beeblebrox, who often reacts in erratic ways, claims to be “pretty dangerous when I'm cornered,” to which Ford Prefect responds “you go to pieces so fast people get hit by the shrapnel.”
Following Edgar on #mk3d this month was Amma Asante talking about her upcoming films, Smilla’s Sense of Snow and Billion Dollar Spy .

Film Junior is a really labour of love publication for us. We get virtually no financial support from the UK film industry to help produce, but really think it matters: a print film magazine, for under 15s.
Please support/spread the word if you can!

For those who have forgotten the past 40 years:
Tax cuts for the rich
...don’t trickle down
Boosting military spending
...doesn’t bring peace
Slashing regulations
...doesn’t create jobs
Folks, we’ve seen this all before.
"Believe me, you'll soon be seeing that in nightclubs and on Halloween masks around the country" 🧟♀️
