the confusingly named Dr. Vulter is one of the lesser used yet most memorable villains mickey faced, mainly because of the character's lack of whimsy. he's a megalomaniac with his own private army who honestly could qualify as a supervillain

1. About 7-8 ICE agents are assaulting one guy on the ground.
2. An ICE officer at the :17 second mark grabs his gun and you hear a shot. I’m assuming he was the one who fired.
3. Multiple ICE agents then unload into the guy they apprehended, numerous shots after he was dead.
