The Gen 10 starters look more like they’re still learning how to walk/fly

It’s like they designed the evo lines by taking the final forms and going backwards (which is a valid process, they’ve done it before), but they view the first forms as baby versions of the final evos than their own capable wild animals that can become something greater, yk?

I think my only critique with the Gen 10 starters is that they feel a little simplistic in their body shapes, it feels like they’ve been leaning into making the starters more similar to house pets while chibifying them by giving them more tiny round bodies
