Dr @bethmariem.bsky.social, I just want you to know that you are simultaneously my favorite and least favorite person to read on Earth.

The first time I ate a fresh jalapeno in Ohio, I was totally confused. It tasted like bell pepper. You can still get spicy jalapenos in the SW, but now that they are grown in other places with less sun and heat, makes sense they would suck.

It’s impressive how Corona turns the necessity of lime in making their terrible beer slightly less terrible into an asset. Hats off to that marketing team. The product team, not so much.
