The picture if off a naked neck chicken in its pen. This is a special breed derived from the Malagasy games. It has two large comical sacks around it's chin, that look rather like a hanging scrotum, and testicles. The two large sacks are actually it's crop and gizzard. This bird has eaten recently, so they're extra pronounced. The two special organs first ferment the food stuffs, and then it is passed to the gizzard to be crushed up by powerful muscles and small stones the bird purposely ingest. Sorry if this has killed the joke for you.
