New research, led by Professor @giotravaglino.bsky.social from our Department of Law and Criminology, is looking at how communities are influenced by the ideology of masculine honour in their perceptions of criminal groups.

October 2025 was a fascinating month for us! We were on the road 🚗 in Sicily and southern Italy asking students about their views on topics such as crime, authorities, and society. This is the first wave of a 2-year longitudinal study. We will examine how these views develop throughout adolescence 🧐
