I have no idea why this is financially viable but we've been using it for months. You have to be signed in as a member and there is a separate "same day" section on the website.

Also, if you order on the Costco website, they deliver for free (it's through insta cart but you don't pay the insta cart fee if ordered directly from Costco). You still tip but it's....wildly convenient
