Mobile games reliably maintain my attention. Waiting on my Switch to be repaired, Playdate is out of commission, yet my 3DS... Could be a good idea 😏.. After typing all this out. Motivated myself enough to continue Clair Oscur: Expedition 33 😄.

Still love achievement hunting and competing games yet It gets exhausting if I don't pace myself or take a break like I have been lately.

So what will motivate me to finish my current single player games or revisit one for nostalgia 🤔?

Intrigued by the idea that my recreational life is better without competitive, online multiplayer games.

Yet I allow myself to be bored and wistful, because I have it feeling it's good for my health and creativity. I intuit that without looking deeper into it🤫—for now.

It took me a couple of years, yet I unironically and genuinely appreciate Nikke. The stories from this year alone are so poignant and gratifyingly sad.

I think T.A.L.O.S. (the unit and/or Kilo too), Yuni, Delta, and Mori would be intriguing in your style. Looking forward to the pilot.

It's unfortunate I have to choose between being ahead on fiscal obligations and the Switch 2 + accessories—but I'll enjoy my purchased games backlog and make more intentional purchases at the upcoming Steam sales or day 1 launches worth supporting.

My profile in Nikke: Goddess of Victory. The "777" Squad as my profile banner, with one of them being my in-game picture and representative unit. A lot of F2P-ers get stuck leveling their units at 160, and need to get 4 total copies of a unit to level up to Level 200. There is a mechanic that allows units to sync levels of the 5 most powerful units before 200, then unifies them to go beyond 200 (a limit that increases for every unit added to the sync system and therefore the game if one were to synch all their available units). Once players get over that wall, it gets progressively easier to start progressing the plot. The units' base power, ability power, equipment, and many other mechanics all grow exponentially it seems.

Admittedly an odd thing to be proud about, but I finally exceeded a mobile game wall after playing it on and off again since Summer 2023. In #NikkeGoddessofVictory. Made it to the campaign area that was going on when I got into the game while finally seeing my favorite units introduced in the plot.

I love this particular indie to mainstream model success story! Narratively, this universe is halfway through its story—Now is the best time to get into it. Amazon Prime Video has been catching up nicely. Happy Helluva Boss is getting it's boost 🤯🤩

I hope y'all get there before the Switch 2 launches 🤞. That milestone paired with a launch day games variety stream would be a great start to the Nintendo console generation.

Gundam Evolution (rip) was a great example of a live-service, multiplayer game with a great list. Level-up, rank up 1 tier in completive, and finish games.

Took a long break from thinking and engaging with Esports to focus on myself and quiet efforts in rekindling my broadcast skills.

Out-of-the-blue I learn about upcoming news, deals-in-process, and from leadership-level sources 😯.

If that was a sign to not fade away—it's time to polish and shine 🤩.

Always hoping for a quality Seinen or Josei every anime season since I turned 25 🤩. I make a shonen or shoujo exception if it came out before 2015—since it could take me back mentally when I was within that demographic.
