Well apparently the sick time you had to specially request last year, which in all my jobs before, it was just plugged in. Nobody told me. Would've been nice to know 🥺

But actually this is quite sad. I made sure to email my boss and apologize every call off proving it wasn't for lollygagging around and medically necessary. I'm feeling so crushed lol

I think it's unfair that in the almost 1 year I've been at this job, I'm in trouble for calling off a total of 8 times. 100% sick days or my dog was critically ill. Had I called off an entire week at a time, it would be less! How dare I try to make it to every shift and call off when needed only!
