@erikreichenbach.bsky.social Okay so I realize this was just a passing thought you had during a long podcast but I actually have lots of Thoughts on why there isn't as much Survivor nonfiction, and what kinds of reality TV autofiction/memoir in general do and don't work for larger audiences.

You hit on SO MANY THINGS I saw while working on my project!

- cheap “act now!” Material because of the time of the season
- I read Pedro and Me when I started work on my memoir. I think it is great and well done!
- Seeing the other Survivor-adjacent content, I wanted to make a proper memoir
