This administration moves money wherever they want, when they want. They are lousy at providing disaster aid, but are trying to make the DHS shutdown hurt more. DHS should not be funded until ICE and border patrol are reigned in, unmasked, and held accountable for their abuses.

Most vets have no healthcare when they return from service unless they have an injury or disability that is "service-connected" allowing them VA care. Another hole in our healthcare system that is getting worse with loss of ACA subsidies and Medicaid cuts.
