In Donkey Kong 64, the Giant Spider miniboss can only be fought once. Modifying the game to fight it a second time makes it unceremoniously explode. While this appears to be a glitch, examining the code reveals it was actually deliberately added for the developers' own amusement.

Just wanted to post an update on dad:
We got him home this morning and he’s doing well, still coughing up some crud and tired, but doing well.
We’re all relieved that he’s finally home and we can continue the road to recovery.
Hey everyone, things are ok here.
I don’t want to share too much info, but my dad had to get some major surgery done, and he’s in recovery now.
Still a long road, but we’re getting there.
Streams may be sporadic for a while, but I’ll try to be around when I can.
