Idk about you all but here are my thoughts. Both St. Paul Mayor candidates that had a shot of winning weren’t horrible candidates. One organized more than the other and understood rank choice better. If it were a typical election that isn’t ranked Carter wins but it’s not like that no more.

WINNER: Kaohly Vang Her wins the race for St. Paul mayor, defeating incumbent Melvin Carter.
