a digital drawing of sylvain and ignatz from fire emblem three houses, in their academy phase uniforms. they're tucked into a little nook in a library, on a stone window seat, and the gothic window is lightly stained glass with the crest of seiros worked into it. ignatz is curled up, bent over a sketchbook, and his hands are paint and pencil-stained. his attention is entirely on the sketch, and he's sticking his tongue out a little. there's faint acne on his chin and he's wearing a silver stud earring. sylvain, sitting across from him with one knee up and his hand draped across that knee, is in his shirtsleeves, and is looking at ignatz with naked yearning in his soft expression as he rubs the back of his neck with his other hand. a book lies abandoned on sylvain's other knee, as if he put it down to stare at ignatz. they're both soaked in warm gold afternoon light.

sylvain and ignatz in a white stone library nook. the room is suffused with golden afternoon sunlight, which lights them from behind to make them look like they're glowing. sylvain leans forward gently to meet ignatz in the space just before a kiss, gently tipping ignatz's face up with a crooked knuckle and his thumb resting on ignatz's chin. sylvain's expression is one of naked relief, mouth slightly open, eyebrows crooked upward, and long-lashed eyes closed. ignatz's eyes are closed too, and he smiles with a slightly open mouth as he rests his palm against sylvain's cheek to guide him in. sylvain is wearing no armour, just his brown coat, red pants, tall black boots, and butt-cape thing. likewise, ignatz is just wearing his dark olive green jumpsuit thing and the white shirt underneath. they've each got a book balanced on their knees — ignatz's is a sketchbook, and he has a pencil in hand. sylvain is making sure the sketchbook doesn't fall with his free hand. the book on sylvain's knees is a text about sreng.
