I too am unaware of Neil Asher’s work, but, as long as he didn’t write a graphic novel titled “Necessary Evil” I’m fine living in blissful ignorance.

I guess that's a polite way of saying that your question is making me cry.

At a certain point, our choices for titles were "Necessary Evil" or a random string of numbers and letters.

No. No. No. and No. This is not an RPG. It's a graphic novel. We are aware of the RPG and we proceeded with this title assuming that there would be no brand confusion. We wish nothing but success to Pinnacle but we have nothing to do with them.
