Today someone was telling me how bad socialism is, and then later was lamenting how SNAP and Medicaid are under attack. I think a lot of people truly don't realize what socialism is other than a boogeyman they've been conditioned to hate.

I amsi happy he won. People were bringing their kids with the to vote when I went to my pooling place. This was the first election my cousin could vote and she was thrilled that she was able to vote this man into office.
