Warm winter salads for the win! There is just something that feels indulgent and fancy about a warm salad… this one was amazing. Cara Cara oranges sautéd in honey and vinegar, on top of a bed of wilted greens, candied walnuts and feta.

Start with water bath canning, it’s WAY LESS intimidating … and it is my recommendation to avoid rebel Canning sites, I have a healthy respect for science and botulism😬
