My plan for 2025 is to sink further into my swamp-witch life. This gross wet heap is a gallon of veggie waste to makes veggie stock. I keep a gallon freezer bag in the freezer and toss all the scraps from my veggies into it. Once it's full add water, cook down and pressure can.
