Sigh. It didn't last long... the clouds came back this afternoon, and it's been dreary AF. Ugh. I might need to get one of those UV therapy lights next winter.

You don't realize how real seasonal depression is until the sun comes out one day in February, and you start feeling so much better. I didn't know how much I needed that. The past couple of weeks haven't been easy.

Or was it 2021? Yeah it was 2021. My brain is mixed up. The move was rough, if I’m being honest. My anxiety got triggered bad. I was nauseous and lightheaded for like 5 days. Been taking Dramamine for the past 3 days. Today was the first day I really started feeling closer to normal.

Wait maybe it’s 3 years. I moved back Sept 2022 from MT.

Rough doesn’t even begin to describe it. I’ve been taking Dramamine for the past 3 days straight to get on the other side and try to get back to normal, whatever that is. It has been a really big transition for me so I’m trying to just take things one day at a time right now.

I am trying to get back into the groove after having a particularly difficult week. I moved into a new place last Friday and all the change set my nervous system into overdrive putting me in panic attack mode. I was lightheaded and nauseated for about 5 days straight. It was not fun.
