On your phone keypad type *#21# to see if someone is forwarding your calls, texts, etc..

Next type *#62# to see other settings that should all be disabled.

If any were enabled, someone is intercepting your calls, texts, etc.. To reset everything, type ##002# to disable all of them. Enjoy.
