Scottish Law Commission unveils blueprint for mandatory Tenement Owners’ Associations The Scottish Law Commission (SLC) has now published its Report on Tenement Law: Compulsory Owners’ Associations (Scot Law Com No. 270), alongside a draft Tenements (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill.
