Caenis identifies as a man and can only receive chocolate as a result. Mordred can only give chocolate like other female servants.

Honestly that's a good point. While gendered traits in-game can be a little ridiculous (Douman is not listed as a man because he incorporated a host of divinities into his spirit origin), what's actually listed on their bio is very deliberate. It's also important to consider VDay scenes as well.

Once again, I'm not trying to force my interpretation onto you or anyone else. If there's one thing we can probably agree on with regard to Mordred, it's that they do have moobs.

All the My Room dialogue in reference to Mordred uses she/her pronouns or just their proper name. Mordred (Saber)'s profile avoids the use of any pronouns, but their summer variant's profile uses she/her.

Mordred doesn't like to be called a woman, but she doesn't like to be treated explicitly like a man either. I think she sees femininity as disqualifying for a king, in the same way that her father had to pose as a man. It's also worth pointing out that she's related to both Morgan and Agravain.

I know we had a fight over this before but I really don't think the two cases are at all comparable. I agree on Yamato, but I personally think that Mordred's case is complicated. Fate/Grand Order and the greater Type-Moon fanbase tend to use she/her for Mordred and so do I.
