I go back and forth. You’d get flexibility to tackle urban issues, but you still need regional government for transit.

Everyone on our block got it back yesterday morning but ours went off after an hour. Then went back on and then back off.

Just 7 houses without power in our cluster and worried we are now too small to be on the priority list.
