like Q Hayashida basically has dorohedoro as some sort of OC rambling comic, like they do whatever, they always have have unserious interactions on suppossedly tense moments, they don't GAF. very inspiring to do that myself.

This chapter has some meme worthy parts that OFC were not intended to be funny, but just recently while trying to keep writing the script, my bf helped me to realize it doesn't matter, I can make it unserious sometimes, "campy" as some say, it's a solo author project, I can't ask much of myself

Decided I would finish this chapter and post it AT LEAST, but once posted I got a heavy weight lifted from my shoulders, and also the couple of people who were so hyped by it, it really lifted my spirits again.

ngl that last chapter was a tough one. It was probably the longest that it has taken me to draw a chapter, not because it was really difficult, but bc I was getting hit with the "it's so over for my comix" waves, "it's so bad, why am I even going on" kind of stuff.

One thing about all the ups and downs I've had with BBF, it's that it has continually broken a strict shell I had, and I'm making this story more ridiculous as I go on.

I'm achieving this hilarious setting under a very tense situation, hilarious in a meta sense I'd say. It has been really fun 🧚
