Just started the maple berry wine & ginger bug 2 and I have high hopes.

Started fermenting some stuff! Made a ginger bug, a mixed berry kvass, a strawberry banana kvass, a berry maple wine(?), and a second ginger bug cause the first one went bad lol

The mixed berry kvass is done, bottled and in my fridge and tastes nice.
