I continue to be amazed at how different LD services across areas have totally different services specs and expectations.

This has been an issue for quite a while. I was lucky enough to be in a position to fund Apprentice nurses in my obvious role, 4 LD and 4 MH this made a real difference as people had the opportunity and are paid. So far only 1 LD Apprentice in my current role but it's a start.
