Remember the Maine Cocktail
I used a nick and nora glass
1/2 to 1 teaspoon absinthe (to rinse the glass. Dump out extra)
2 ounces rye whiskey
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
2 teaspoons cherry liqueur
Garnish: brandied cherry

I stirred in a mixing glass and strained into the glass

JASPER'S Punch
1 1/2 ounces Navy Strength Rum (I used Smith & Cross)
1 1/2 Ounces Jasper's Mix
crushed ice

JASPER’S MIX
8 oz (1 cup) fresh lime juice
6 oz (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
1/2 oz Angostura Bitters
1 pinch Kosher Salt

Gin Blossom Cocktail
1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
1 1/2 ounces Dolin bianc vermouth
3/4 ounce Blume apricot eau de vie
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: orange twist

What could be easier than a three ingredient cocktail? A 2 ingredient cocktail. The Stinger is a pre-Prohibition drink composed simply of cognac and white crème de menthe.

The Stinger Cocktail
2 ounces cognac
1 ounce white creme de menthe

What a Bourbon Renewal looks like in its intended glass.

Jeffrey Morgenthaler's Bourbon Renewal
1.5 parts bourbon
.75 parts fresh lemon juice
.5 parts creme de cassis
.5 parts simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake ingredients with ice until cold.
Old-fashioned glass or I used a Nick and Nora glass
Garnish with a lemon wedge

So happy I was able to find a large bottle of Green Chartreuse.

The Last Word
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Green Chartreuse
1 ounce Luxardo Marachino liquor
1 ounce lime juice
Luxardo marachino cherry for garnish

12 Mile Limit Cocktail. Nice and boozie. Easy proportions 2,1,1,1
1 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce cognac
1/2 ounce rye
1/2 ounce Grenadine
lemon twist

I used the cherry syrup from the Luxardo cherries and my peeler decimated my lemon so I went without. I also did a double.

The Black Prince Cocktail
2 ounces Rum (it calls for aged, I used dark)
1/2 ounce Amaro
3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Cherry Garnish (I did this totally on a whim, it's not called for)

As I made it
2 ounces gin
2 ounces sweet vermouth
1/2 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Cherry liquor
3 generous dashes of Angostura bitters
1 Luxardo Cherry garnish
1 orange peel garnish

The Martinez Cocktail. Almost a sweet vermouth martini. Very taisty.

A Wet Martini with orange bitters. A 1-2-3 cocktail

1 ounce dry vermouth
2 ounces gin
3 (generous) dashes of orange bitters

Mai Tai
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces white rum
3/4 ounce orange curaçao
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce orgeat
1/2 ounce dark rum

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Tequila Blanco
½ oz Mezcal
½ ounce lime juice
¾ ounce orgeat
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Smoked Orange Zest

Cider Vinegar Mezcal Shrub
1 ounce Apple Cider vinegar infuse with a serrano pepper
1 ounce lemon juice
1.5 ounces Mezcal
Soda water to preference

Trying out my duck fat washed bourbon while playing Deliver Us Mars.

A Coffee Pineapple Negroni
1.5 ounces coffee infused Campari
1.5 ounces Pineapple infused gin
1.5 ounces sweet vermouth
Optional Pineapple chunck and luxardo cherry

So I'm about to find out if I created an abomination or something tasty. It's pineapple infused gin. Together with the coffee infused Campari, I am making a coffee pineapple negroni on my streaming tonight. Here's hoping the former over the later.

A Roquefort Blue Cheese Martini
2 ounces roquefort blue cheese infused gin
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/4-1-2 ounce olive brine
2 roquefort blue cheese stuffed olives

Having an excellent Japanese whiskey and takoyaki. What no one told me was that takayaki has an internal temperature of the surface of the sun. Burning hot goodness.
