Head office is upset. It’s supposed to be like 35% of people using self check and we’ve had 70% using it. They don’t schedule enough cashiers. It’s not uncommon to only have 1 cashier in the mornings.

The store I work at is in trouble because too many people use the self checkouts …what the actual fuck.

So the company I work for has decided to change how we do things yet again. They’re always changing things and then realizing it doesn’t work. Apparently actually talking to those of us that work the truck and know what works and what doesn’t would make too much sense.
