I’m wildly liberal for Texas but surprisingly moderate compared to liberals in deep blue states. I’d love to live in a blue state again though.

And I laud Mehmet for a good campaign by a good candidate. There’s always a chance in population centers, but there’s too much tumbleweed and piney wood country to make democrats viable for statewide elections still.

Seriously though, AM radio and Sinclair-owned rural stations have the rubes in a headlock. Plus we have a Hispanic population that is religiously conservative and a thriving economy.
