I've spent the last few days getting more and more angry. The toddler level tantrum that is occurring in our federal government won't succeed, because we won't let it, but in the meantime real harm is being done to a lot of people that don't deserve it. #resist #dontobeyinadvance

2/2 Particularly at the local and state level, practically nothing has changed. My biggest realization as I woke up to politics is how important local politics is. Not only does it have an immediate impact, it energizes you to continue the fight, instead of only waking up every 2 years to vote.

1/2 I keep telling myself that the work that needs to be done hasn't changed. It may be easier, or harder, depending on the administration under which we work, but the steps that we need to take are the same.
