As far as having appeal, of the myriad of holiday stories I’ve read, there’s only one I actually reread occasionally. The others were all “read, enjoy, move on,” because there will be more the next time around. They don’t get enduring attention because they’re themed around a specific date.

One-offs of unique characters are fine, but one-offs of characters from existing series feel out of sync from the main storyline. Like,”We interrupt your regularly scheduled episode to bring you this special announcement.” If the holiday lines up with the storyline, that would be different.

I’m pretty sure restful sleep is a myth.

That’s the one! The Patron being so excited that someone actually made a pact with them and Anna being completely over it is a hilarious concept. Their attribute would have to be minor, almost an afterthought, otherwise they’d have been a major deity. The patron saint of better eyesight or something

Is Anna’s Patron a god, demon, or something else? Do they have a particular attribute that they align with (god of the harvest, demon of gluttony, etc…), and if so, how does that affect Anna’s life?

If you prefer drawing wholesome/elegant/fluffy pics, then do what makes you happy. If you want to draw nsfw, do so. If you don’t, that’s fine too. There’s no box you are required to check or expectation you need to meet other than your own. We will appreciate your art regardless of how nsfw it is.
