📸 Our Tabarre trauma centre in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, has 30 beds dedicated to treating people with burns.

Patients can receive reconstructive surgery, skin grafts, post-operative care, physiotherapy, 3D-printed compression masks, and mental health support.

Since March, patients with severe burns at our hospital in Atmeh, Syria, have been getting fitted for 3D printed facial masks. With this programme, the first of its kind in the country, “we can achieve the best possible results in treating facial scars.” 👇

Last night in Kyiv, Ukraine, residents and our staff took cover as heavy bombardment and strikes killed and injured people - including children - and damaged hospitals and homes. 

Attacks on the city put medical care, and the people who depend on it, in danger.

US plan to destroy contraceptives is unconscionable | MSF MSF condemns the decision of the US government to destroy critical medical supplies, which will have devastating consequences for the communities where we work.

Contraceptives are essential, lifesaving health products. And the US government plans to destroy US$9.7 million worth of them that are currently sitting in a warehouse, ready to be shipped and delivered to people who need them.
