The Nationwide Revolt Against Flock Safety Cameras From New York to Alabama to Arizona, everyday people are mounting a local resistance to the company’s mass surveillance. And sometimes, they take matters into their own hands.

Across the country, people are resisting Flock Safety's mass spying.

It's time for this invasive technology to get the Flock out of our communities.

Exclusive | Trump Administration to Drop Defense of Law Firm Sanctions The Justice Dept. plans to abandon its defense of the president’s executive orders that targeted Jenner & Block, WilmerHale, Perkins Coie, and Susman Godfrey.

The Trump administration finally admits what everyone knew on day one: There is no way to defend these unconstitutional executive orders.

This shameful assault on the rule of law has failed thanks to the brave lawyers who refused to compromise their integrity.

While others capitulated, these law firms held the line for the rule of law and won. There's a crucial lesson for institutions here: anticipatory compliance is not a winning strategy. It only encourages further lawlessness. Do not comply. Stand up and speak out.

A report by Reuters found that courts ruled ICE illegally jailed people more than 4,400 times. The Trump administration's unlawful, anti-immigrant rampage must be checked.

Tell Congress at aclu.org/stop_ice_attacks- to hold the line and rein in ICE's abuses now.

⚡ Sneak peek! Earlier this week, CATA took delivery of a New Flyer battery-electric bus. An important step toward reaching our goal of transitioning to a zero-emission fleet by 2035. Back in November, a similar battery-electric bus manufactured by Gillig entered service.

"Tips for recording federal agents from ACLU organizers. Capture relevant details including agents’ names, badge numbers, documents, and any weapons they’re carrying. Capture context like the surrounding area. Record continuous video to capture the full sequence of events. Copy your photos or videos to other devices so they can’t be lost or deleted. Don’t delete the originals. Try to share your documentation with the impacted individual’s loved ones, their attorney, or local organizations working with impacted community members." Congress Must Rein in ICE to Improve the State of the Union | ACLU Despite a bleak state of the union, the people are pushing back against the Trump administration’s abuses.

As we enter tonight's State of the Union address, our nation is at a crossroads. Federal agents are acting like a secret police force and wreaking havoc on our communities and our rights.

But we the people are holding the line and making it clear: This country belongs to us.

New Hampshire judge announces formal end to Trump policy against DEI in schools • New Hampshire Bulletin A New Hampshire federal judge formally dismissed a yearlong lawsuit against the Trump administration’s “anti-DEI” directive to public schools — weeks after both sides agreed it is no longer necessary.

When the Department of Education issued vague threats to defund schools that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, we sued and now they're backing down.

This is a win for students' right to a full and honest education.

Little-used ICE agreements with local police have exploded under Trump Partnerships between ICE and local law enforcement agencies have expanded widely under the second Trump administration, data analyzed by NPR shows.

Only 45 cities partnered with ICE during President Trump's first term, but more than 1,100 signed up to do so in 2025 alone.

ICE doesn't need any more help terrorizing our communities. Cities must reject participating in the 287(g) program.
