Just watch how an elected member of the Senate conducts himself. Against a member of the military in uniform. Who - and let’s be very, very clear - most certainly has a First Amendment right to protest. Since he’s the guy you’d be sending to war.

My initial reaction to this is that it might lead to *some* additional transits but it takes time to get a program like this set up and create confidence it will actually pay out. Maybe helpful if this is a problem for months, not for the next couple weeks.
