Explored with a couple of friends today~ Went to an izakaya and I immediately got lemon sour lmao

Made some carbonara to share with a friend, best one I've made so far~

I double boilered the sauce mixture to make it silky smooth and it was amazing

Oh and a matcha latte too!

and yea I took it from the mouth and ass from him too, and gave some back as well ;3

Went out to get the funny sex test and then treated myself to some japanese food after, was really tasty~

Made schnitzel with jager sauce for breakfast, pretty good!

Found out that freezing wedges between the first and second cooking makes THAT much of a difference... much crispier outside and softer inside. Shallow frying instead of deep frying them also adds more flavor and texture

Bought an oven and... well....

This made me giggle and tear up a bit ngl, so fucking good... Couldn't finish all of it so I stored the rest for later

No wonder she loved these so much... I mean, who wouldn't love some freshly baked cookies and milk honestly ❤️

Main thing I'd personally do differently from the recipe is simmering using 3 cups of water instead of 4, I think I'd enjoy the more concentrated flavors more
