All countries with a 0% tariff in the chart would actually have a minus tariff. But since there is no such thing as minus tariffs, I have used 0%.

The formula i used:
("US imports from Country X" - "US exports to Country X" * (GDP of USA / GDP of Country X)) / "US imports from Country X" * 100 / 2
Let me know if you think there is something wrong with the math.

If you adjust the US exports in Trump's formula with the GDP difference of the two countries, you can see that the US is not being “screwed” by the world. On the contrary, most countries buy more from the US than the US buys from them, taking the purchasing power of the countries into account.
