Trinidad-Style Curry Chicken A great West Indian Trinidad curry chicken recipe. Chicken with curry paste made from onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro scotch bonnet and curry powder.

I also love a good frozen veggies lasagna for easy meal nights. Same with frozen veggie samosas, spanakopita, or spring rolls.
