If I say I’m listening to oldies, do you know that means 60’s-70’s rock or are you not also a 30-something woman sitting drunkenly in her kitchen at 7pm?

Working in customer service often means people don’t see you as human; tho, they do sometimes see you as “an audience.” They obviously speak loud enough you to hear, often arguing—assuming you’ll take sides—and then stare you down for your response when they haven’t actually said a word to you.

I had crochet lessons tonight with a dear friend. Actually, there were six of us, but some folks were just there to exist. It was nice. We ate shitty food, drew on furniture, and a guitar was even played at one point.

Sang with a cool band tonight!! And it wasn’t even mine lol. But we did 90’s music!! And I got to sing the one they usually do that’s my favorite. It’s Bound for the Floor by Local H. Guys, it was so much fun. They let me sing Hole. 😭

My finger tips tingle from playing that guitar. It’s been over 24 hrs. Fibromyalgia is a bitch.
