A VERY busy and
rewarding week visiting wonderful schools throughout
Wandsworth with #LearnToLoveToRead and getting to meet children, parents, staff and volunteers 💛📚 SO inspiring to see the work of this brilliant reading charity. @taracoffin.bsky.social
I had the best evening at The Diverse Book Awards. So much talent and inspiration in one room. Another pile of books to add to the ever growing tbr pile.

Lifelong readers aren’t born, they’re made.
Such is the case with this little one, who finds the most exciting discovery at the grocery store: books.

Great selection and so many books to now go on my list to read.

One of the most beautifully written books I have read this year.

I have all three books separately but I really really want this too. One for my Xmas list I think.
21.11.2024 13:46 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Yes we have the sequel and I love that too. I have just got a copy of Birdie as our next read. Have you read Kimberley’s ‘Fighting Words’? More of a YA book but it is unbelievable how she can tackle such tricky issues in such a sensitive way.

Looking for the perfect holiday gift for your baby? How about a “face book?”
I’ve written often about how much infants love the faces of their loved ones. Indeed, we’re biologically driven from birth to distinguish - and study - the faces that matter most.

This is next on the pile to read to my 8 year old twins. I’ve heard great things about it.
