The number I'd watch: young workers (22-25) entering AI-exposed fields are getting hired at a 14% lower rate than in 2022.
No layoffs. Just fewer openings.
That's what early displacement looks like before it shows up in unemployment stats.
The workers most exposed to AI earn 47% more than those with zero exposure.
The heaviest AI deployment right now is in white-collar knowledge work: customer service, medical records, financial analysis. Not the low-wage service jobs most people picture.
Read Anthropic's AI job exposure paper this week.
The number that stopped me: computer programmers have 74.5% of their tasks covered by AI in real professional workflows. Customer service reps: 70.1%.
Unemployment data since ChatGPT? Flat. But one number buried in the paper isn't.
I know "find me a good developer" is a terrible starting point for a search.
So, we built this chat interface to fix that.
I recorded a quick demo to show this flow in action, turning a business concept into a precise set of requirements in a simple, natural conversation.
Is it okay for a third-party service to ask for my credit card? Sorry, this is my first time confirming my age this way. @support.bsky.team

Left side shows old approach with features like 'AI-powered search, 30+ data sources, Advanced filtering, Email automation' marked with plus signs. Right side shows new approach with pain point elimination like 'No Boolean queries, No spray-and-pray outreach, No salary guessing, No wasted time' marked with minus signs. Arrow points from left to right showing evolution. Bottom asks 'Is WITHOUT the new WITH?'
Random product thought
Traditional: "AI-powered search with 30+ sources"
Modern: "No Boolean queries, no spray-and-pray outreach, no salary guessing"
Maybe users care more about what pain we eliminate than features we add?

Many professionals miss this golden opportunity. They deliver the service, close the deal, and move on without ever asking "How did I do?"
So, hereβs my reminder: donβt forget to ask for feedback, itβs a tool for growth
Apple to hire 20,000 US workers...
The tech industry has been cutting jobs for the past two years. However, Apple is now significantly boosting its hiring in the US. Does this signify a turning point for the US job market? I'm unsure, but it appears to be a positive sign for all.
all the best with your launch!

π¦ Boardy. Whoa. Itβs been a while since a product stirred up this many industries.
Is Boardy the next big disruptor, or just another βClubhouse 2.0"?
Whatβs undeniable is this:
The product concept is genius π
