Defo a pen on Struijk, VAR are just bottle jobs with this stuff. The Ampadu hand ball was very different to the City one, Amps moved his forearm towards the ball and played it. VAR had to flag it and ref had to give it unfortunately. Was a clear pen just not the clearest in the game
