As for the price of the Rulebook, we are currently waiting on our Price Quote but you can expect around it to be around the following price:

PDF: 15-20$ USD
B&W Softcover Edition: 30-35$ USD
Color Softcover Edition: 50-60$ USD

This includes 6 Human Factions and 30 Dino species
