A big Sainsbury’s installed turnstiles that need a receipt to exit. People can’t find receipts and then queue by the turnstiles waiting for someone to let them out
Now they found a genius solution — employee with the receipt who just stands there and scans it over and over so people can leave 👏

Really like your point about setting expectations about their plans and the pace of each stage.
Otherwise, it’s really hard to blame people for being confused when someone “flips the switch” and does something out of ordinary..
