A brown-ocre coloured creature that slightly resembles a barleen whale but with short tentacles on its belly and tail end. It sifts through the earth, searching for nutrients. The skin on its mouth and upper back is covered in stone-like bumps.

A giant goose with grey, blue and white feathers is flapping its wings and screeching. Its black beak has a strange upper tip, which looks a bit like the head of a hammerhead shark.

In the early light of a sunrise two adventurers are standing in front of a quest board with a wanted poster for a troll on it. In the background a mob of villagers is gathering, ready to hunt the troll themselves.
Just received my copy of the Bense Trilogy by Lazy Wolf Studios/ @louanders.bsky.social and really enjoyed the look of it. So I thought, I'd share again the cover and one of the interior pieces I did for it.
