This was a blast to put together. A lot of neat details in the design, plus some clever tricks on the dpad and buttons.

10/10, highly recommend if you're a fan of the Game Boy.

I did the playtest for the new game coming out and that's probably going to be a rare day-one buy for me.

There are too many banger games out right now. I'm still working through my Elden Ring playthrough, meanwhile Silksong is sitting on my backlog, Monster Train 2 wants me back, and Hades II went 1.0 today.

And Balatro has its hooks in me again too. 😳

Out of all the good football that went on today, the only game I actually got to watch was Chiefs/Giants. 💩

My local area is a bit of a disc golf desert, with people needing to drive 45 minutes-ish to get to a decent course.

I might be the one domino that gets the rest to fall though--the city put out an announcement on our new course, and this morning I got contacted to consult on another city's course.

A massive confidence boost: when a guy that's designed 60+ courses in your state walks up to your teepad and says "This is a great hole. Fantastic job".

Today I had a course designer come to town and consult with me on the layout. After a few tweaks I think we'll have a 4.5/5 rated course when we're done. 😁

I got rained out before I could start outlining teepads, but I'm still hopeful to have the course in the ground by October.

I'm still a Lunar Owls fan, but that Hive logo is dope af.

NES, and I still own it. I'm beginning to show my oldest how to play those old games and it's kind of fun to see my old games from his perspective.

I love watching this one fly.
