If you have spent *any* time at Midwest/Plains dairy farms, meat-packing plants, or pork/poultry operations; or at corn/wheat/soy farms Midwest/South; or at large-scale fruit/veg sites in Calif, Fl, even NJ/ NY /RI, you know that they *run* on immigrant labor.
