Wisdom to know and grace to do what God requires;
All who serve the District as officers and reps.
A prayer for today:
Eternal God,
Thank you for your presence;
For being there, even when we have not perceived you.
Thank you that you have always been there,
In joy and in sorrow, In pleasure and in pain.
Thank you for this promise of your presence,
And make me more mindful
That having been there in the past, You are with us in the present. Living God, Who is the same yesterday, today and forever,
Thank you for the assurance that you will be with us in the future as in the past.
Show me how to trust you more.
In Jesus’ name, Amen
