Okay I think I fix my pc so art is going to be back and I am very happy
It was a problem with power wire for the power supply unit. I've been racking my brain for a long time but I get the new thing and it really cheap

And maybe my gpu is fine too, but... I noticed the smell of burning 1 time I opened after the incident.. and I understand what this is really bad signals .. I really hope it not over with my pc I have a lot of trouble without that..

I already Google what to do and why it might happened but it really weird. I mean, why is it not turning on if it only graphics card thing...
I understand about safe mode, but... it already like.. 4 hours and 3 attempts (removed smos and now I removed ram and gpu), I have hope that it gonna turn on

in short, my screen just went off and the fans stopped working, but at the same time I heard the sounds of Windows shutting down and so on, that is, the computer showed signs of life, I couldn't turn it off as usual with the off button on the case the first time, but eventually turned off

So my pc I brakes and... I can not afford to buy a new one. Hopefully, it has a warranty, and maybe I can get something back ... that absolutely suck...
