the compliments arent the embarrassing thing. but its like the. god i think you’re so cool. i just really wanna talk to you. and be friends with you. and hang out with you. maybe it’s like a societal expectation for this kind of behavior to be romantic or like. putting someone on a pedestal ? Idk

quite similar to umm. i think what is expressed in a lot of romantic ,,, scenarios??? or crushes . if that makes sense? like “wwoaaah theyre so cool… 🫣 but surely they’d never have an interest in me…” . basic scenario . whatever. and thinking about it is a little embarrassing. not complimenting!-

im wondering if what i experience is a squish or something else but i am often in awe of my friends. god you’re so cool. so awesome. how is that even possible. i think about them frequently in rotation like woaaahh… i dont know what other words to use to describe it. maybe admiration of sorts
