It’s great to see so much excitement when research integrity experts/sleuths visit institutions to give talks.

I just wished we channelled some of that energy into building institutional systems that actually *prevent* integrity issues in the first place.

I like to roughly draft a paper based off our aims very early on if a project looks like it’s going to progress. Then once theres enough data make figures and write a little bit. This usually helps highlight what is missing and what other experiments could be done.
